At THOU ART, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unworn and unused
- be in its original condition
- be returned in its original packaging
- include any labels or accessories

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive further instructions regarding the return shipment. Items sent back without a prior return request may not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at thouart@thouart.be so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Exchanges
Would you like to receive a different item? We kindly ask you to return the original item first. Once the return has been approved, you can place a new order.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
