These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer, order, and agreement concluded through the THOU ART webshop.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

We do our best to display all products, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, appearance, or finish may occur.


4. Formation of the Agreement

The agreement is concluded once the order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.

THOU ART reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or incorrect information.


5. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available on the webshop at the time of purchase.


6. Shipping & Delivery

THOU ART aims to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

THOU ART is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or external parties.


7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Belgium.
